The gîte is an old Percheron farmhouse facing the countryside. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. Situated 5 minutes from the motorway exit and La Ferté-Bernard with its shops and activities. The house in detail: a fully-equipped kitchen, a room with an old non-functional bread oven for your breakfasts giving direct access to the terrace with large garden furniture and barbecue. In another room, a lounge, dining room (table for 12 people). Two bedrooms with TV and two shower rooms on the ground floor with a separate toilet. Upstairs, two large bedrooms with TV, a shower room with toilet. And a smaller bedroom with access to a second staircase.
