The property is ideally located, facing the beach. This property, next door to our home, is equipped for a family with young children, and is close to the shops and the leisure centre (20 m from the beach). The house is located on the edge of the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, and authorised boating). Tuffé is 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary racetrack, and 1 hour from La Flèche and its famous zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away. Sleeps 4/5. Fully equipped accommodation (bed linen and towels provided). No internet connection. Rate: €80 per night. There is no cleaning charge, but travellers are asked to leave the house as clean as they found it.
