Taekwondo Fertois is delighted to be organising a technical course with Alain Topuzoglu, Poomsae Île-de-France assistant technical coach and 13-time French team champion. Open to children aged 12 and over. Programme: 10.30am - 12.30pm Specific Poomsae physical preparation (accessible from white belt to black belt). 14:00 - 17:00 Technical work on poomsae (from 3 known poomsae). Prices €8 in the morning and €12 in the afternoon. Equipment to bring (if you have it): low to medium resistance elastics (4 to 15 kg) and racket. Lunch: please bring a picnic (catering available nearby). Places are limited - registration required.
