As part of his BPJEPS AAN project, Romain is offering an Aqua Prenatal session for expectant mothers. This session is supervised by a midwife. Gentle activity in heated water. Relaxation, breathing and preparation for childbirth. 9am-9.45am: session supervised by the midwife & Romain - 9.45am-10am: discovery of Aqua Relax. Price: €24 (excluding membership).
